Lifetime Members
Being named by our Club is an accomplishment. When you are named, you will become an official and lifetime member of the East Hill Hare & Hounds Running Club. As a member, you may participate in meetings that guide our club, you may serve on the board, and you may participate in the naming of future members.
To be considered for a Club Name, you must run with us a minimum of 6 times, or totally endear yourself to us in a shorter period of time so that we name you on the spot. Normally, after running with us 6 or more times, you would petition the club for a name at the post-run circle. We would then gather information about you, have a meeting of the minds, and come up with a great name.
Our Club Necklace
- 28 oz Club Tankard
As an additional benefit, named runners will get an official East Hill Hare and Hounds personalized Hash Necklace. Club members also qualify for the subsidized purchase of a personalized, 28 oz, military style, ceramic tankard. With a tankard, you get discounted beer specials at our Club Pub. The tankard costs $25 and Club Members named since 2009 need only contribute $10 toward the purchase and the Club will pay the difference.
