Mis-Management Accomplished Much

Hello East Hillers…

Your Mis-Management was hard at work on Thursday night enjoying the Social Side of our work while dining at Jerry’s Cajun Cafe on N. 9th Ave.

The calendar was set for the remainder of 2011 taking us through December and all the way to run #77.  Hash Runs of note are, the next one, of course, Sep 4th at 4:30 PM in the parking lot across from Ozone’s Pizza Pub, our second annual Halloween Hash, set for Oct 29th, and the annual, ever-popular, Santa’s Helper Champagne Brunch Run, set for Dec 18th.  All of the calendar’s runs can be seen by scrolling down toward the bottom of our Home Page, right here, and clicking on the month and date you’d like more info about.

Also of interest was the decision to continue the quest for growth with our recruiting contest and a couple of other ideas.  Blows On The Go suggested, and all agreed, that from now on Virgins would get a coupon for a “free run”.  So we are now awarding “free run” coupons to anyone who brings at least 2 Virgins to an event, but also to all Virgins so that their next run with East Hill would be a free one.   Please spread the word.

Finally, some of our Mis-Management positions were switched around and/or added to.   Rooby Tripper is now officially the On Sec in addition to being the Club’s Treasurer.  Waah Waah, who was the On Sec is now the official Haberdasher.  (He is currently working on ideas for an East Hill Happy Coat and a few other desired Hash items). Twisted Mother is once again our “official” Hash Flash and also our Social Butterfly, a new position created to make all new runners feel welcome at Club events.  Lick N Stick,  is an official Hash Volunteer, and is joining Sol Sister and Big Bang in the position to help wherever needed.

The next Mis-Management meeting is scheduled for Thursday, Oct 22, 7PM, once again at Jerry’s.  Please put that date on your calendar.  Also, please join us for our next run, Sunday, Sep 4th.  On On!!
